Selvakumaran P Sathasivam is currently the Senior Manager, Finance and Administration of Sanbumi. He has been with the company for the past 19 years and is responsible for preparing and reporting on the Group financials and its related matters as well as all non-financial related matters of the Group for purpose of submission to reguKarlary authorities and other relevant or related authorities.

He started his career in finance in 1989 when joined one of the big four audit firms as an audit assistant and worked his way to become an assistant audit manager before joining Sanbumi in the year 2000. During his tenure in the field of auditing, he gained vast exposure and experiences being involved in audits, tax, liquidation, special audits and investigations, the development and implementation of internal control systems and corporate advisory work. His portfolio of clients ranged from medium sized local trading and manufacturing companies to large multi-national manufacturing companies, public listed companies, finance companies, government agencies, property developers and stockbrokers.

He does not hold any directorship in other public companies and has no conflict of interest with the Company. He does not have any family relationship with any other Directors and/or substantial shareholders of the Company and has no record of convictions for offences within the pastten years other than traffic offences, if any.
